Court upholds conviction of Michael Jackson physician
An appeals court offers upheld the conviction of the physician convicted of leading to Michael Jackson’s death.
Court records display a three justice panel of the California 2nd District Courtroom of Attractiveness affirmed the involuntary manslaughter conviction of previous cardiologist Conrad Murray on Wednesday.
The 68-page opinion had not been immediately available.
Communications left for Murray’s lawyer Valerie Wass and Supervising Deputy Lawyer General weren’t immediately returned.
Murray experienced appealed his conviction, arguing a trial courtroom judge excluded jurors from listening to key evidence and really should have sequestered jurors.
